The draft decision and the reasons behind it can be consulted at the headquarters of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency in Focsani, str. Dinicu Golescu, no. 2, on Mondays &#8211; Thursdays, between 8:00-16:30 and Fridays between 9:00-14:00, as well as at the following internet address <a href=\"http:\/\/apmvn.anpm.ro\/\">http:\/\/apmvn.anpm.ro<\/a>.  <br \/>The interested public can submit comments\/observations on the draft decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency.<br \/>2.
