Announcement on the completion of project implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beneficiary: VRANCART S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We, the undersigned,\u00a0VRANCART S.A.<\/strong>, having the registered office in 17 Ecaterina Teodoroiu Street, Adjud Municipality, Vrancea County, hereby announce the completion of implementation of the project\u00a0\u201cConstruction of Photovoltaic Park with Power Plant, Transformer Building, Access Road, Security Cabin and Utilities\u201d, financed from the budget of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) \u2013 Component 6. Energy, call PNRR\/2022\/C6\/M ENERGY\/I1.\/Launching a call for tenders for renewable (wind and solar) energy production projects, competitive call.<\/strong><\/p>\n

General objective:<\/strong>\u00a0Electricity production using renewable solar energy.<\/p>\n

Specific project objective:<\/strong>
\n
\n1. Specific objective 1<\/strong>: Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a recommended installed capacity of 20 Mwh (20.59 MWp) which will mainly serve the company’s production units, thus a very large part of the energy generated will be used for our own consumption:<\/p>\n

2. Specific objective 2<\/strong>: Reducing CO2 emissions by 15.898 tons\/CO2 per year;
\n
\n3. Specific objective 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Obtaining a maximum quantity of 25.737 MWh per year from renewable sources, respectively 514.740 MWh in the next 20 years.
\nTotal project value: RON 96.871.509 without VAT;
\nAmount of Community contribution to the project: RON 28.953.720 without VAT; Project implementation period: between June 10th, 2022 and December 31st, 2024.<\/p>\n

Call for proposals managed by the\u00a0Ministry of Energy<\/strong>, financed from European funds through Romania\u2019s\u00a0National Recovery and Resilience Program<\/strong>\u00a0and national funds.<\/p>\n
