The draft decision of the framing stage and the reasons that substantiate it can be consulted at the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency Vrancea in Focsani, str. Dinicu Golescu, nr. 2, on Mondays-Thursdays, between 8:00- 16:30 and Fridays between 09:00- 14:00 as well as at the following internet address http://apmvn.anpm.ro.
