VRANCART RECYCLING SRL, announces to the interested public about the submission of the environmental impact report, for the project "Installation of the central production of electricity and thermal energy through cogeneration, respectively combustion boiler and construction of the transformation station", proposed to be located in Adjud municipality, Ecaterina Teodoroiu street, no. 17, T66, P436, P436/1, P436/2, Vrancea county.
The type of possible decision taken by APM Vrancea can be the issuance of the environmental agreement or the rejection of the request for the issuance of the environmental agreement.
The report can be consulted at the headquarters of the competent authority for environmental protection in Focşani, Dinicu Golescu street, no. 2, Vrancea county and at the headquarters of  VRANCART RECYCLING SRL, in Adjud, Ecaterina Teodoroiu street, no.17, Vrancea county, on Monday-Thursday, between 8.00-16.30 and Friday between 8.00 – 14.00.

VRANCART RECYCLING SRL, having its headquarters in Adjud, Ecaterina Teodoroiu street, no. 17, Vrancea county, applies to A.P.M. Vrancea for revision of the environmental permit no. 69 of 16.05.2022, issued for the objective "Center for collection and recycling of wooden packaging waste (pallets)", located in Adjud, Ecaterina Teodoroiu street, no. 17, Vrancea county, according to the Order M.M.D.D. no. 1798/2007 with subsequent amendments and additions and OUG no. 195/2005 on environmental protection, approved by Law no. 265/2006, art. 15.

Any proposals and suggestions/observations of the public, regarding the mentioned activity, will be presented in writing, under signature and with identification data, from Monday to Thursday, between 8-16  and Friday between 8-14, at the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency  Vrancea, from Focșani, Dinicu Golescu street, no. 2, telephone 0237.216812, where the submitted technical documentation can also be consulted.

            1. The draft decision and the reasons behind it can be consulted at the headquarters of the Vrancea Environmental Protection Agency in Focsani, str. VRANCART SA, with headquarters in Adjud, 17, Ecaterina Teodoroiu street, Vrancea county, announces the completion of the implementation of the project "Create greener and sustainable production premises based on innovative solar power", financed with the support of grants awarded through the Norwegian financial mechanism 2014-2021, within the "Romania Energy Program", based on the funding Contract number 2021/321136, concluded with Innovation Norway as program operator.

The total value of the project is EUR 956.750, of which the non-refundable financial assistance is EUR 478.375. The project was implemented starting September 2022 in Adjud, Vrancea County. The project consisted in the implementation of an innovative high efficiency energy system based on solar panels, with a capacity of 999,90 kWp. The estimated annual reductions in CO2 emissions following the implementation of the project are 548 tons. The project thus contributes to increasing the company's competitiveness by reducing costs, while having a positive impact on the environment.
